The steel mill must now pay nearly $4.6 million to a trucking company and its affiliate in Pennsylvania.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After a three-day trial that ended on July 12, a judge sided with Beemac Inc., doing business as Beemac Trucking, of Ambridge, Pennsylvania. Beemac Inc. was given over $2.5 million, and Deemac Services, also of Ambridge, was given almost $2 million. On August 10, U.S. District Judge William S. The lawyers did not respond to Logistics&#8217; request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bill Teets, the department&#8217;s communications director, stated on August 22 that the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services got a letter about the cuts in Canton. The letter was sent under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN Act).
